The Municipality of Chalkida successfully hosted the Panhellenic U16 Track and Field Championship

The Panhellenic U16 Developmental Athletics Championship (Boys–Girls) – Southern Group was successfully held in Chalkida, at the Municipal Stadium, co-organized by the Hellenic Athletics Federation (SEGAS) and the Municipality of Chalkideon, on Saturday, July 12, and Sunday, July 13, 2025.

Once again, Chalkida hosted an important sports event, with the participation of more than 1,000 young track and field athletes and an equal number of attendants from Evia, Central Greece, Attica, the Peloponnese, Crete, the Dodecanese, the Cyclades and the islands of the Northeastern Aegean.
